Welcome to Malaeb Oman. By using our application or website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any booking. 1. Nature of the Service Malaeb Oman is an intermediary platform that allows users to browse sports venues available across the Sultanate of Oman and reserve time slots online. The platform neither owns nor operates the venues; it connects players with venue owners. The venue management remains responsible for the readiness, safety, and quality of the facility and the services provided within it. 2. Account and Sign-In - Accounts are created using a valid Omani mobile number that receives a verification code, or through a Google or Apple account. - You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account and phone number secure. - Creating fake accounts or using another person's details without their consent is prohibited. - The platform may suspend or terminate any account used in violation of these Terms. 3. Booking and Confirmation - A booking becomes effective once it is confirmed and a booking number appears in the application. - Displayed prices reflect the hourly rate set by the venue owner. Service fees or taxes, where applicable, are clearly shown before payment. - You must attend at the reserved time. Arriving late does not oblige the venue to extend the session and is not grounds for a refund. - A venue owner may decline or cancel a booking for operational reasons (such as maintenance or weather conditions); in that case the amount is refunded in full. 4. Payment - Two methods are available: online payment through the licensed Thawani gateway, or payment on arrival at the venue. - The platform never stores your bank card details; payments are processed entirely by the payment provider. - When paying on arrival, you undertake to settle the amount directly with the venue management. 5. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy published on the platform, which forms an integral part of these Terms. 6. Conduct at the Venue - You and your companions must comply with the venue's rules and management instructions, and observe public decency and the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. - You are liable for any damage you cause to the venue's facilities or equipment. - Venue management reserves the right to deny entry in cases of rule violations, without a refund. 7. Content and Video Clips - When posting video clips, comments, or reviews, you confirm that you have the right to publish them and that they do not infringe the privacy or rights of others. - Content that is offensive, contrary to public decency, or contains unauthorised advertising is prohibited. - The platform may remove any violating content without prior notice. - By posting content, you grant the platform a non-exclusive licence to display it within the application and its promotional channels. 8. Limitation of Liability - Sporting activity inherently carries a risk of injury; you play at your own personal responsibility. - The platform is not liable for injuries, loss of belongings, or disputes occurring at the venue. - The platform's role is limited to facilitating bookings and collecting the agreed amounts. 9. Changes to These Terms The platform may update these Terms when necessary. Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman, and the Omani courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. 11.
