We never have access to the password of your account with those providers. - Booking data: venue, date, time, amount, and payment status. - Location: used — with your permission — solely to show venues near you. It is not stored to track you. - Technical usage data: device type, operating system, and notification identifier, for operating and improving the service. - Content you post: video clips, comments, and reviews. 2. What We Do Not Collect We do not collect or store your bank card details. All online payments are processed directly by the Thawani gateway; we only receive the outcome of the transaction (successful or not) and its reference number. 3. How We Use Your Data We use your data to complete and confirm your bookings, send booking notifications and reminders through the app or WhatsApp, improve the service, protect the platform from misuse, and respond to your enquiries. 4. Data Sharing - Your name and phone number are shared only with the management of the venue you booked, so they can receive you and contact you when needed. - We share only what is necessary with technical service providers (payment gateway, notification service, messaging service) to operate the service. - We never sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. - We may disclose data where formally required by a competent judicial or regulatory authority in the Sultanate of Oman. 5. Data Protection We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and verification via a code sent to your number. Nevertheless, no online system can guarantee absolute security. 6. Retention Period We retain your account and booking data for as long as you use the service, and for the period thereafter required to meet accounting and legal obligations. 7. Your Rights You may view and correct your data within the application, request deletion of your account, and opt out of marketing notifications at any time. 8. Children's Privacy The service is intended for users aged 16 and above. Younger users must book under the supervision of a parent or guardian. 9. Notifications We may send you notifications relating to your bookings (confirmation, reminder, cancellation). You can control app notifications from your device settings. 10. Updates We may update this policy. Where changes are material, the last-updated date shown at the top of the page will be revised. 11.
