Delete Account

You can request to delete your Malaeb Oman account and all its data directly from the app, with no need to contact support: 1. Open the Malaeb Oman app and sign in to your account. 2. On the "My Account" tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page. 3. Tap "Delete Account". 4. Choose a reason (optional), then tap "Submit Request". Submitting the request freezes your account immediately (you can't book courts, and if you own a venue it stops accepting new bookings) while our team reviews it and completes the deletion. You can cancel the request at any time before it is processed, from the same place. Data removed: your name, phone number, email, profile photo, and the booking and chat history linked to your account. For any questions, please reach us through the "About Us" page.
